Busy
There’s busy. And then, there’s busy with purpose. Productivity merely to be seen doing something is overrated. This type of work rarely leads to anything meaningful and might even be wasteful. A far more effective use of time and resources is to have everyone aligned around a central idea, a common goal. Feeling like we’re part of something bigger than ourselves makes being busy more satisfying.
Start by asking what’s our work for? Then, get busy doing the work.
